Aerostar 2WD V6-3.0L VIN U (1997)
9. Tighten the separator plate-to-main control screws to 6-8 Nm (53-71 inch lbs.).
10. Install the control valve body-to-case gasket.
NOTE: Apply petroleum jelly on the separator surface to hold the gasket in place.
11. Remove the alignment pins.
12. Rotate the main control so that the separator plate is facing down.
13. Install the solenoids.
