remove all silicone sealer and dirt. Do not allow solvent to come in contact with rocker cover gasket.
NOTE: When positioning cover to cylinder head, use a straight down approach to align bolt holes. Once cover is in contact with RTV sealer, any
adjustment for bolt alignment can roll gasket from cover channel resulting in leaks.
5. Perform the following:
a. Install fuel injector harness stand-offs to inboard rocker cover studs.
b. Install PCV valve and connect hoses.
c. Install throttle body assembly.
6. Connect ignition wires to spark plugs. Install ignition wire separator stand-offs to the appropriate rocker arm cover studs.
7. Connect negative battery terminal.
8. Install air cleaner fresh air hose.
9. Start engine and check for oil and vacuum leaks.
