Remove the fuel line bracket/cylinder block bolt as shown in Figure 1.

Install the new fuel supply manifold (F1TZ-9D280-B). Refer to the appropriate Light Truck Service Manual, Section 03-04D, "Fuel Supply
Manifold Assembly - Installation" procedure, Steps 1 to 5 only.

6.

Install a new fuel line assembly (F2TZ-9J338-M). Refer to Steps 6, 7 and 8 of the Service Manual procedure.

7.

Fasten the fuel line assembly bracket to the cylinder block. Tighten the bolts to 30-41 lb.ft. (40-55 N-m).

8.

Locate and fasten the damper portion of the fuel line assembly to the fuel supply manifold using screw (W500010-S309) as shown in Figure 2.
Tighten to 6-7 lb.ft. (8-9 N-m).

9.

Continue with the "Fuel Supply Manifold Assembly - Installation procedure in the Service Manual, Steps 9 to 13.

10.

Connect the fuel line spring lock connectors and reinstall safety clips.

11.

Complete the "Fuel Supply Manifold Assembly - Installation" procedure in the Service Manual, Steps 14 and 15.
