Clutch Pedal Position Switch: Adjustments
NOTE: The Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch also serves as the upper clutch pedal stop.
1. Disconnect the clutch release cable at the clutch release shaft to eliminate the possibility that the clutch release cable is affecting clutch pedal
height.
2. Move the carpet and insulation out of the way.
3. Measure the distance from the upper center of the clutch pedal to the bulkhead.

If the clutch pedal height measures 205 mm (8.075 in), it is within specifications.

If the clutch pedal height is not within specifications, continue with adjustments.
4. Inspect the clutch mounting for damaged, worn, or missing parts. If no concerns are found, continue with adjustments.
5. To adjust clutch pedal height, loosen the CPP switch locknut and thread the switch in or out until the clutch pedal is at the specified height.
Tighten the locknut to 14-18 Nm (124-159 lb in).
6. Connect the clutch release cable to the clutch release shaft.
