Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Disassembly and Assembly
1. Remove power steering pump from vehicle.
2. Secure pump in vise with protective jaws. Pulley should be on top in horizontal position.

3. Remove pump support bolts and support.
4. Remove supply tube bolts and tubes.
5. Remove supply O-ring.
6. Remove pressure switch, O-ring, spring, seat, and plunger.
7. Remove valve outlet fitting, then O-ring from fitting.
8. Remove valve and spring from valve bore.
