Claim Form 1864 will no longer be mailed to owners. Submit claims using the 1864 format on the DWE screen. (Refer to your Warranty and Policy
Manual Section 6.3 pages 5-8). Use an original repair order for your service record file.

LABOR ALLOWANCE
Replace the Vapor Hose(s) between the Fuel Tank Vapor Valve and the Metal Tube to the Carbon Canister, Prepare and Attach the Preprinted
Authorized Modifications Decal (Provided in the Parts Kit).

Parts will not be direct shipped for this recall. Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Parts and Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
