1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove screws from the lefthand and righthand defroster openings. A magnetic screwdriver should be used to avoid dropping the screws through
the defroster openings.
3. Remove top instrument cluster finish panel to the instrument panel pad attaching screws.
4. Remove screws from center finish panel to instrument panel pad.
5. Remove instrument panel pad screws from above the glove compartment opening.
6. Lift rear edge of the instrument panel pad, then pull rearward to remove.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
