Thermostat: Service and Repair
1. Remove engine air intake resonators.
2. Drain engine cooling system so engine coolant level is below thermostat, then disconnect upper radiator hose and radiator overflow hose from
water hose connection.

3. Remove water outlet connection bolts, then connection from thermostat housing.
4. Remove thermostat and seal from housing. Inspect seal for damage and replace if necessary.
5. Reverse procedure to install, noting following:
