This TSB article is being republished in its entirety to update the Service Procedure.

ISSUE
An engine coolant loss may occur from the engine block heater area. This may be caused by the block heater separating from the engine at the interface
between the block heater and engine.

ACTION
Replace the engine block heater with a revised engine block heater. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
