OASIS
You must use OASIS to determine if a vehicle is eligible for this recall.
PLEASE NOTE
Correct all vehicles in stock before delivery. Federal law requires dealers to complete any outstanding safety recall service before a new vehicle is
delivered to the buyer or lessee. Violation of this requirement by a dealer could result in a civil penalty of up to $1,100 per vehicle.
PROMPTLY CORRECT - AUTHORIZED CNG DEALERS ONLY

Other eligible vehicles which are brought to your dealership.
DEALER-OWNER CONTACT
Immediately contact any affected owners who have taken delivery of any of the affected vehicles. Give owner a copy of the Owner Letter and schedule a
service date with an authorized CNG dealer (call 1-800-ALT-FUEL).
REGIONAL CONTACT
Advise regional office if:

an owner cannot be contacted.
^
an owner does not make a service date.
CLAIMS SUBMISSION
Enter claims using DWE. See ACESII Manual, Section 3 for instructions.
NOTE:
Ford will pay for the addition of gasoline (up to 3 gallons), if needed, for the transportation of the vehicle to the nearest CNG filling station.
NOTE:
Ford will also pay for the filling of the Compressed Natural Gas tank.
NOTE:
When submitting claims, enter the quantity, fuel type, and the cost per gallon in the comments area.
