18. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten upper camshaft timing belt cover bolts to 3-5 Nm (27-44 inch lbs.). Tighten center and lower
camshaft timing belt cover bolts to 6-8 Nm (53-71 inch lbs.).
19. Tighten drive belt idler pulley bolt to 48 Nm (35 ft. lbs.). Tighten water pump pulley retaining bolts to 10-14 Nm (89-124 inch lbs.).
20. Install upper front engine support insulator.
