Unclamp end of ribbed hose from fuel tank outlet line. Slide ribbed hose away from outlet line fitting. Refer to Figure 12.

Disconnect fuel tank outlet line from tank valve. See Figure 12.If there is any residual pressure in the fuel tank, let gas completely vent to
atmosphere before continuing with procedure.

Disconnect Rotunda vent hose from venting station and vehicle.
30.
Disconnect vent tool from vent hose.
31.
Disconnect grounding strap from vehicle and grounding point.
32.
Move vehicle back to service area.
33.
Raise and support vehicle.
34.
Remove GFI vent hose from adapter.
35.
Remove adapter from quarter turn valve port.
36.
Reconnect fuel line to quarter turn valve. Tighten fitting until a sharp increase in torque is felt.
37.
Lower vehicle.
