AIR CONDITIONING - AIR BLOWS OUT OF DEFROSTER DUCTS ONLY

ISSUE: 
The A/C and heater blow air out of the defroster ducts only on some vehicles. This may be caused by the defrost actuator door linkage becoming
disconnected from the crank.
