address using the pre-paid shipping label included with the replacement module. Ship within 15 working days of your telephone order date to avoid a
potential charge back on the Dealer's Payment Statement. The returned module will be checked and the serial number verified.

Passenger Side Air Bag Module
Technical Instructions
1.
Remove the air bag from the vehicle per procedures in the appropriate service manual.
IMPORTANT:
When removing an air bag from one of the affected vehicles, it is important to mark down the VIN number of the vehicle from which it was
removed. Each air bag module number is matched with a particular VIN number. When calling the 1-800 number, delays will be encountered if
the air bag module number does not match-up with the VIN number. Please be careful to keep the air bag module identified with the correct
vehicle.
2.
Call 1-800-325-5621 to determine if the air bag must be replaced. See Parts Requirements Section for details.
3.
If the air bag is identified as suspect by the telephone operator, a replacement air bag will be shipped. Install per procedures in the appropriate
service manual.Do not attempt to deploy the removed air bag module. Serious personal injury could result.
4.
Return removed air bag. See details above.
