Correct all vehicles in stock before delivery. Federal law requires dealers to complete any outstanding safety recall service before a new vehicle is
delivered to the buyer or lessee. Violation of this requirement by a dealer could result in a civil penalty of up to $1,000 per vehicle.

Dealer-Owner Contact
Immediately contact any owner whose name is not on the list. Give owner a copy of the Owner Letter. If you have changed a front safety belt on a
vehicle not included in this action, please contact the owner to have this service performed.

Advise regional office if:

FCSD Contact
Talk with your FCSD Parts and Service Zone Manager about all matters.
Claims Submission
Enter claims using DWE. See ACESII Manual, Sections 5 and 6.

Parts Purge
Return all previous level service stock to your facing PDC. Refer to Attachment II for the instructions.
Refunds
See Section 3-59 of the ACESII Manual.
Rental Vehicles
If the vehicle requires new safety belts, Ford Motor Company will pay for a loaner or rental vehicle, except for fuel which will be at owner's expense.
Enter the word "LOANER" plus the number of days the vehicle was used in the Miscellaneous Expense area.
