Remove the ground wire from the fender apron. See Figure 9.

Detach the wiring routing clips from the battery tray. See Figure 9.
10.
Remove the battery tray. See Figure 9.
11.
Disconnect the air conditioning compressor clutch connector. See Figure 10.
12.
Remove the ground wire from the radiator support. See Figure 10.
13.
Detach (from shroud), then disconnect the power distribution harness connectors. See Figure 10.
14.
Disconnect the air conditioning compressor clutch cycling switch, if equipped. See Figure 10.
15.
Separate the oxygen sensor wiring from the fan shroud.
16.
Separate the engine cooling fan assembly from the radiator.
17.
Raise and support the vehicle.
18.
Remove the lower air deflector.
19.
Remove the A/C accumulator mounting bracket bolts from the subframe, if equipped.
20.
On vehicles equipped with an automatic transaxle, remove the transaxle cooling line routing clip from the fan shroud.
21.
Lower the vehicle.
