Air Door Actuator
A/C Damper Door Switch
REMOVAL
1. Remove climate control assembly.
2. Remove knob.
3. Disconnect vacuum bundle and electrical connector.
4. Depress tabs on both sides of A/C damper door switch and remove A/C damper door switch.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
Air Inlet Door
REMOVAL
1. Open glove compartment; push in on sides of glove compartment to force door past stops and lower door to floor.
2. Remove three screws retaining radio power booster equalizer amplifier bracket, if equipped and move amplifier.
3. Move electronic door lock control processor to improve access to vacuum control motor retainer screws.
4. Remove two screws retaining vacuum control motor to the air inlet duct.
5. Disconnect vacuum control motor from A/C outside air intake control lever and remove vacuum control motor.
6. Disconnect vacuum tube from vacuum control motor.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
