Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Remove the transaxle and the input shaft. 

2. CAUTION: Detach the slave cylinder (with thrust bearing) from the inside of the transmission for re-use and remove it completely. 

Remove the slave cylinder.

Disconnect the slave cylinder high-pressure pipe.

Disconnect the pipe from the bleed nipple

Remove the retaining bolts.

Installation 

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Apply Sealer to the slave cylinder.

2. Bleed the hydraulic clutch system.
