If no leaks are found and the hose is properly positioned, install a 1/4-inch clamp on the hose as shown in Figure 1.

Reposition and secure inner fender apron in place. Reinstall the wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 115-142 N-m (85-105 ft-lb).
Lower the vehicle, turn the computer controlled suspension switch back on and release the vehicle.

If the protective shield is slid down out of position, or if no hose is present, inspect the line for leaks in the area shown in Figure 1.

If there is no leakage, slide the protective shielding into position and secure with a 1/4-inch clamp. If no hose is present, obtain a 4-inch piece of
1/4-inch hose. Slit the hose lengthwise and install it over the brake line in the affected area. Secure the hose with two (2) plastic tie straps and one
(1) 1/4-inch clamp. Refer to Figure 1.

Reposition and secure inner fender apron in place. Reinstall the wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 115-142 N-m (85-105 ft-lb).
Lower the vehicle, turn the computer-controlled suspension switch back on and release the vehicle.

In any leakage is present, a replacement brake line section may be obtained at no charge by calling Renkim Corporation at 1-800-325-5621.
Reposition and secure inner fender apron in place. Reinstall the wheel and tire assembly. Tighten the lug nuts to 115-142 N-m (85-115 ft-lb).
Lower the vehicle, turn the computer-controlled suspension switch back on and park the vehicle until parts arrive. Then follow the instructions
provided in the parts kit for brake line replacement.
