Crown Victoria V8-4.6L CNG SOHC VIN 9 (1999)
4. Disconnect the connector, each side of steering column.
5. Disconnect the headlight and dimmer switch wire harness connectors.
6. Disengage the four lock tabs and remove the register assemblies.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
