18. Perform the fuel line venting procedure.
19. Remove the Manual Override Tool from the fuel tank solenoid valve.
20. Install the fuel tank solenoid manual lock-down valve.
21. Turn in the manual lock-down valve jackscrew on the fuel tank solenoid valve.
22. Repeat the procedure until all affected tanks are vented.
