12. Turn in the Manual Override Tool jackscrew until fuel flows.
13. Open the manual bleed valve on the Fuel Filler Neck Venting Kit and vent the fuel tank until the fuel flow stops.
14. Close the manual backflow valve on the fuel filler valve when the tank contents have been vented.
15. Perform the fuel line venting procedure.
16. Remove the Manual Override Tool from the fuel tank solenoid valve.
17. Install the fuel tank solenoid manual lock~down valve.
