Crown Victoria V8-4.6L CNG SOHC VIN 9 (1999)
6. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator pedal and shaft.
7. Remove the accelerator cable retainer.
8. Pull the cable through the dash panel and remove from the vehicles.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
