ISSUE
Some 2004-2005 Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis and Town Car vehicles may exhibit a "buzzing" and or "rattling" noise from underneath the vehicle.
This may be caused by a loose catalytic brick in the underbody/rear catalyst.
ACTION
Use the following Service Procedure to separate and replace the rear catalyst.
