Crown Victoria V8-4.6L VIN W (2000)
2. Place four flat washers over the outside end of the lug bolt, and thread a standard lug nut with the flat side against the washers.
3. Tighten the lug nut until the lug bolt head seats against the back side of the axle flange.
4. Remove the lug nut and washers.
5. Install the rear brake disc.
6. Install the wheel and tire assembly.
7. Lower the vehicle.

8. Turn the air suspension service switch on.
