Single Door Latch

DOOR LATCH - SIDE AND REAR, SINGLE LATCH

Removal and Installation

All Doors
1. If equipped, remove the door trim panel.
2. If equipped, position the watershield aside.
3. Remove the 2 nuts, the interior door handle, and bezel.

4. NOTE:  Use the special tool to install the door lock actuator rivet.

If equipped, remove the door lock actuator rivet.

Side Door
5. Disconnect the door lock cylinder actuating rod.
6. Disconnect the exterior door handle actuating rod.

Rear Door
7. Remove the 4 license plate housing screws.
8. Position the housing away from the door.
