Drive Belt Tensioner: Service and Repair
Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner 4.6L, 5.4L and 6.8L
Removal and Installation
1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
2. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner bolts and the tensioner.

To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
