E 150 V8-5.4L (2008)
1. Turn the steering wheel to the straight-ahead position and turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove the driver air bag module.
3. If equipped, disconnect the steering wheel switches electrical connector and position it aside.
4. Remove and discard the steering wheel bolt.

To install, tighten to 38 Nm (28 lb-ft).
5. CAUTION: Removing the steering wheel without using a puller may damage the steering column bearings.
Using the special tool, remove the steering wheel.

Remove the steering wheel while routing the wires from the clockspring through the steering wheel.
