This article supersedes TSB 07-20-2 to add a production fix date.

ISSUE
Some 2007 and 2008 E-Series 150-350 vehicles built before 10/19/2007 and equipped with 4R75E transmissions may exhibit a fluid leak at the
transmission extension housing bushing. These leaks are primarily on vehicles driven at sustained higher speeds, near maximum load and high ambient
temperatures.

ACTION
Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

1.

If the extension housing bushing and seal are still in their original position, replace only the seal for the leak. Follow Workshop Manual (WSM),
Section 307-01A

2.

If the extension housing bushing and/or seal have moved, replace the extension housing assembly with an updated version which has higher
bushing retention and lubrication qualities. Follow the WSM, Section 307-01A.
