Cable End Retainer
7. Remove the (A) cable end retainer from the (B) parking brake control.
Front Parking Brake Cable And Conduit
8. Remove the front parking brake cable and conduit.
a. Using (A) box wrench, compress the fingers of the (B) parking brake cable retainer.
b. Pull the (C) front parking brake cable and conduit from the (D) parking brake control.
Parking Brake Control Installation
INSTALLATION
Follow the removal procedure in reverse order, noting the following:

Adjust the cable tension. See: Parking Brake Cable/Adjustments

Test the parking brake function.
