Blower Motor: Testing and Inspection
1. Connect a jumper wire (10 gauge or larger) directly from the positive battery terminal to the positive lead of the blower motor.
2. If the blower motor runs, the blower motor is OK.
3. If the blower motor does not run, connect a second jumper wire (10 gauge or larger) from the blower motor ground lead to a known good ground.
4. If the blower motor still does not run, then the blower motor needs to be replaced.
