Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Auxiliary A/C Evaporator Core
REMOVAL
1. Remove the auxiliary A/C-heater unit.
2. Disconnect the evaporator core spring-lock couplings.
3. Position the heater water hoses out of the way.
4. Remove the evaporator case cover.
a. Remove the screws.
b. Remove the evaporator case cover.
5. Remove the A/C evaporator core.
a. Remove the seal.
b. Remove the A/C evaporator core.
