(Engineering Part No. E4UA-1015-EB) 16.5" Kelsey-Hayes wheel, not Firestone. If the hub cap exhibits proper retention on the known good wheel,
replace the suspect wheel. If any wheels require replacement, the spare wheel also should be checked, See Figure 9 for installation procedures for wheel
covers and adapter rings.
