Air Door Actuator
Auxiliary Vent Door Vacuum Control Motor
REMOVAL
1. Remove the auxiliary A/C-heater unit.
2. Remove the vacuum line.
3. Remove the vacuum control motor.
a. Remove the screw.
b. Unsnap and remove the vacuum control motor.
4. Disconnect the mode door from the vacuum control motor.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
Air Inlet Door
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
WARNING: TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE INJURY, THE AIR BAG SYSTEM BACKUP POWER
SUPPLY MUST BE DEPLETED BEFORE SERVICING ANY CLIMATE CONTROL COMPONENTS. TO DEPLETE THE BACKUP
POWER SUPPLY, DISCONNECT THE BATTERY-TO-STARTER CABLE AND WAIT ONE MINUTE.
2. Remove the instrument panel finish panel.
