10. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator tube.
a. Remove the screw.
b. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator tube.
NOTE: Use a wrench on each side of the fitting to prevent damage to the A/C fitting.
12. Disconnect condenser core refrigerant lines.
a. Disconnect the compressor discharge line.
b. Disconnect the condenser to evaporator tube.
NOTE: Use a wrench on each side of the fitting to prevent damage to the A/C fitting.
13. Remove the evaporator case support bracket.
a. Remove the two screws.
b. Remove the evaporator case support bracket.
NOTE: The evaporator case support bracket cannot be seen from the top of the evaporator case.
14. Remove the evaporator cover.
a. Remove the six screws.
b. Remove the five screws.
c. Remove the evaporator cover.
