17. Using 344.75-620.55 kPa (50-90 psi) of regulated compressed air, blow through the CBV until all solvent is removed.
18. Remove the plug from the CBV converter-out-to-cooler inlet.
19. Inspect the Viton-coated washers for damage. Replace as required.
20. Apply sealer to case inlet and outlet fitting threads

Use Thread lock and Sealer EOAZ-1955AA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSK-M2G315-AS.
CAUTION: Make sure the four Viton-coated washers are placed on the CBV fittings properly.
