Install and balance wheel/tire assembly on vehicle. Torque the lug nuts to 85-115 ft.lbs. (115-156 N-m) on E-250 light duty vehicles and 115-175
ft.lbs. (156-237 N-m) on E-250 heavy duty and E-350 vehicles.

Paint Allowance - Color Coat          -       $ 1.25 (1/10 qt.) for one wheel $ .75 (1/10 qt.) for each additional wheel on same vehicle.

REMOVED PARTS:

Be sure to attach a tag to each suspect wheel giving the Ford wheel part number, vehicle identification number (V.I.N.), dealer name and address and
recall 481. Notify Wixom of the quantity of wheels you are holding and supply correlating Vehicle Identification (Serial) numbers. We will then issue
appropriate disposition instructions.

The 0.1 hour administrative allowance must be added before inserting the total labor time in the correct box A or B.

REPORTING COMPLETIONS:

Sublet Labor

If tire replacements are sublet to an outside specialty shop, enter the costs as OSL (Outside Labor) in Box "B" on the Form 1864 claim. A true copy of
the sublet repair invoice must be attached to Form 1864 claim, copy No. 2. Attach the original OSL receipts to the 1864 claim (dealer copy); these
documents must be maintained in your vehicle service records file. Please note that reimbursement for sublet labor will be based on the applicable
Service Labor Time Standards Manual operation and the dealer's approved warranty labor rate.

Upon completion of the required service, return the second copy of the Form 1864 completely filled out and signed by authorized dealer personnel. Only
the Form 1864 will be accepted for reimbursement on this program. It is important that claims be filed for all completed units so that our records will
show completion. Any problems encountered with this recall should be discussed with your supervising Ford location or this office.
