1.
Delete the hose attaching bracket - 19812 - and attaching parts from the left side fender apron (Figure 18).
2.
Remove shaded end of brazed bracket attached to liquid line tubing (Figure 18).
3.
Split three inches of standard 5/8 inch heater hose and tape it in place over the hose ferrule at the bracket to prevent it from rattling (Figure 20).
These modifications will eliminate the transmission of freon-pulsing sounds to the passenger compartment.
