Fasten the CDR valve to the intake manifold using the two (2) 5/16"-18 x 3/4" bolts with 5/16" hardened washers. Install the fuel return hose clip,
Figure 11. Torque bolts to 14 ft.lbs. (19 N-m).

5.

Adjust the hose on the CDR valve to the hose adapter making sure the hose adapter is bottomed and properly seated in the valley pan grommet.

6.

Tighten the hose clamps using hand clamping tool or end cutter pliers.
