1.
Remove cowl outer panel.
2.
Cut out the full-size template that appears immediately after this TSB article.
3.
Use transparent tape to hold the template to hardware cloth that is 36" in length with 1/4" square galvanized openings. (Buy the hardware cloth
locally.) Make sure the arrows on template are aligned parallel with 1/4" squares in the hardware cloth.
4.
Using tin snips, cut leaf screens to the shape of the template.
5.
Bend the small tabs of leaf screens up 90~.
6.
Bend large taps up to an angle of 45~.
