Spring Installation

1.

Refer to 1988 Truck Shop Manual, Vol. A, Light Truck Body/Chassis/ Electrical, Section 14-21, pages 3 and 4.

2.

Remove the existing front suspension springs and replace the springs with new springs. Refer to "Parts Ordering Instructions" for the correct
spring part numbers.

Authorized Modifications Decal

1.

Refer to Exhibit I

2.

Obtain an Authorized Modifications Decal, (Form, FPS-8262), prepare the decal as shown on Exhibit 1 and attach the decal to the door lock pillar
adjacent to the Safety Compliance Certification Label.
