3. NOTE:  If necessary, lubricate the catalyst monitor sensor with penetrating and lock lubricant to assist in removal.

Using the special tool, remove the catalyst monitor sensor.

Apply a light coat of high temperature nickel anti-seize lubricant to the catalyst monitor sensor threads prior to installation.

-

To install, tighten to 46 Nm (34 lb-ft).

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
