2. Check passenger air bag alignment locators and J-nuts for damage, repair as needed.

3. Install the passenger air bag module.

Position the passenger air bag module alignment locators to the alignment rails of the I/P.

Align the passenger air bag module deployment door tabs.

4. NOTE:  During air bag module installation, make sure all the deployment door tabs are fully seated into the I/P.

When all tabs and locators are aligned, slide and engage the passenger air bag module into the instrument panel.
