10. Position the auxiliary A/C lines aside (if equipped).

Remove the bolt.

Position the auxiliary A/C lines aside.
11. Working from inside the vehicle, remove the 3 nuts.
12. Position the evaporator core housing forward and remove the 2 fresh air inlet duct screws.
13. Remove the fresh air inlet duct.

Remove the screw.

Remove the fresh air inlet duct.

Detach the vacuum line retainer.
14. Deflect the LH battery tray bracket (4.6L, 5.4L or 6.8L) or the LH junction box bracket (6.0L diesel) to provide clearance for evaporator core
