Shifter A/T: Adjustments
Selector Lever Indicator Adjustment
1. For either automatic transmission, place the manual control lever in the (D) position.

Place the selector lever in the 1st gear position.

For 4R70E/4R75E transmissions, move the selector lever 2 detents to the (D) position.

For Torqshift transmissions, move the selector lever 3 detents to the (D) position.
2. Hang a 1.3 kg (3 lb) weight on the transmission range selector lever.
3. Center the pointer in the middle of the (D) position.

Rotate the thumbwheel, located on the bottom of the steering column, to adjust the pointer.
4. Remove the weight.
