ISSUE
Some 2004 E-Series 6.0L vehicles built between 01/20/2004 and 05/29/2004, equipped with a front heater only, may exhibit a coolant leak from the
front heater core. This may be caused by high coolant flow rates through the heater core.

ACTION
Replace the heater core to correct the leak. Also replace the heater core coolant inlet hose. The revised inlet hose contains an internal flow restrictor.
