Disconnect A/C clutch wiring harness (-19A885-) at A/C clutch. Insert wiring harness adaptor (E1UZ9D857-A) (Figure 18).

Set A/C solenoid speed to 600 RPM as per 1982 Engine/Emission Diagnostic Manual, Book I, Section 4-69.

Install A/C solenoid E1PZ-9D856-G solenoid bracket D9PZ-9J586-B with two (2) self-tapping screws 378608-S8 in the conventional YFA
location (Figure 17).

Replace the original A/C clutch actuating wiring harness E2TP-l9A885-BO with a new wiring harness (E2TZ-19A885-F) which will have
accommodations for the newly installed A/C solenoid (Figure 19).
3.
Set A/C solenoid speed to 600 RPM as per 1982 Engine/Emission Diagnostic Manual, Book I, Section 4-69.
