14. Remove the fresh air inlet duct.

Remove the screw.

Remove the fresh air inlet duct.

Detach the vacuum line retainer.
15. Deflect the LH battery tray bracket (4.6L, 5.4L or 6.8L) or the LH junction box bracket (6.0L diesel) to provide clearance for evaporator core
housing removal.
16. Remove the evaporator core housing.
17. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
