EGR Cooler: Service and Repair
EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) COOLER
REMOVAL
1. Remove the intake manifold.
2. Remove the stud bolts and bolt. Separate the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler from the intake manifold.
3. Remove and discard the gasket and O-ring seal.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Apply clean engine oil to the O-ring seal.
