6. Remove the two A/C condenser mounting brackets.

Remove the screw.

Remove the A/C condenser mounting bracket.
7. Remove the A/C condenser core.
CAUTION: Do not damage the cooling fins while handling the A/C condenser core.
8. Remove the two seals.

Remove the eight retaining pins.

Remove the two seals.
INSTALLATION
1. Service the new A/C condenser core with the correct amount of PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft
YN-12-C), or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B. See: Refrigerant Oil Addition.
2. Install the two seals

Install the two seals.

Install the eight retaining pins.
3. Install the A/C condenser core.
CAUTION: Do not damage the cooling fins while handling the A/C condenser core.
